Which booking fits your trip
Hourly is not always the better value. Here is how to choose.
| Your plan | Why | Book |
|---|---|---|
| SeaTac Airport to a Bellevue hotel | One trip, one destination | One-way |
| Three meetings across downtown and South Lake Union | Several stops, driver waits | Hourly |
| Dinner, then a show, then home | Timing depends on the evening | Hourly |
| Hotel to Pier 91 for a cruise | One trip with luggage | One-way |
| Viewing five homes on the Eastside | Many stops, unknown time at each | Hourly |
| Seattle to another city, staying there | Hourly must end in the starting metro area | One-way |
25 miles for every hour you book
Most city days use far fewer miles than included. A 4-hour booking includes 100 miles, while a full day of downtown meetings rarely passes 30. Long day trips out of town are where extra mileage can apply.
Check your plan with the calculator. If you go over, the extra miles are charged on top of the hourly rate.

(206) 788-8851How does hourly car service work in Seattle?
You book a car and driver for a set number of hours. The same driver stays with you the whole time, waits between stops and follows your plan. Each hour includes 25 miles. You see the full price for each vehicle in the quote before you pay.
How much does an hourly car service cost?
Hourly rates depend on the vehicle and the number of hours, and the full price is shown in your quote before booking, with taxes and tolls included. Extra mileage beyond 25 miles per hour, paid parking and gratuity are added separately.
Is there a minimum number of hours?
Yes. Minimum hours vary by vehicle. The booking form shows the minimum for each vehicle when you choose the Hourly option.
How many miles are included?
25 miles for every hour booked. A 4-hour booking includes 100 miles, and a 6-hour booking includes 150 miles. Mileage beyond that is charged.
Can I make as many stops as I want?
Yes. Within your booked hours you can make as many stops as you like, in any order. Your driver waits at each one.
Can I use hourly service for a trip to another city?
Hourly bookings must end in the same metro area where they started, or a return fee applies. For a one-way trip between cities, book a one-way ride instead, which is usually the better value.
What if I need more time?
Ask your driver as early as possible. Extra time can be added when the driver and vehicle are available, and it is charged at the hourly rate.
Should I book hourly or one-way?
Book one-way for a single trip from A to B, such as SeaTac to Bellevue. Book hourly when you have several stops, need the driver to wait, or do not know exactly how long each stop will take.
What is the cancellation policy for hourly bookings?
Hourly bookings need 7 days notice to cancel. Late cancellations may be non-refundable. Airport transfers have a shorter 24-hour window.
Can I book hourly service for a group?
Yes. Choose the Mini Van for up to 4 passengers or the Passenger Van for groups of 5 or more. Larger groups can book several vehicles for the same hours.
