Which service should I book for a cruise?
Book a cruise port transfer. It covers SeaTac Airport, Seattle hotels and both cruise terminals, Pier 66 and Pier 91. Choose the Mini Van from $125 for up to 4 passengers with 4 checked bags, or the Passenger Van from $200 for groups of 5 or more.
How does hourly car service work?
You book a set number of hours and keep the same car and driver for the whole time, with unlimited stops. Each hour includes 25 miles; extra mileage is charged. Minimum hours vary by vehicle, and the trip must end in the same metro area or a return fee applies.
Can I book a ride for someone else?
Yes. Choose Book for someone else in the booking form and enter the passenger's name and phone number. The confirmation goes to both you and the passenger, which works well for visiting family, guests and clients.
Do you transport groups larger than one van?

What is the cancellation policy for each service?
Airport and cruise transfers can be cancelled free up to 24 hours before pickup. Hourly, event, charter and other specialty bookings require 7 days notice. Late cancellations may be non-refundable.
Are your drivers tour guides?
No. Drivers on city tours and day trips are professional local drivers, not licensed tour guides. They handle routes, traffic and parking while you choose the stops. Admission and park entry fees are not included.
Do you offer limousines or party buses?
No. The fleet is Economy Sedan, Standard Sedan, Mini Van and Passenger Van. For stretch limousines or party buses, a dedicated limousine company is the better fit.
