Mileage check

Will your trip fit the included miles?

City tours rarely come close. Mountain and cross-Cascades trips can, which is why the suggested hours above are set to cover the round trip.

If you plan more miles than your hours include, adding an hour is often better value than paying for extra miles.

(206) 788-8851
Can I hire a private driver for a Seattle day trip?

Yes. Book hourly service and your driver stays with you for the whole trip, waiting at every stop. Each hour includes 25 miles, and the trip must finish back in the Seattle metro area. Your full price is shown in the quote before you pay.

How much does a private Seattle tour cost?

Tours are booked as hourly service, so the price depends on the vehicle and the number of hours, and is shown in your quote with taxes and tolls included. Admission tickets, park entry fees, ferry fares, meals and gratuity are not included.

Are your drivers tour guides?

No. Our drivers are professional local drivers, not licensed tour guides. They know the roads, parking and timing, and you choose the stops. For guided commentary, book a licensed guide separately.

Can I do a Mount Rainier day trip from Seattle with you?

Yes. Plan about 10 hours for Paradise, which includes 250 miles against a round trip of roughly 230. Summer is the most reliable season. Mountain roads can require traction devices or close in winter, so we confirm conditions before the trip.

Is Leavenworth too far for a day trip?

It works as a long day. The round trip is about 270 miles, so an 11-hour booking covers it within the included miles. Stevens Pass weather can slow winter trips, so allow extra time.

Can we take a tour before or after our cruise?

Yes. Book hourly from the pier or your hotel, see the city with your luggage in the vehicle, and finish at SeaTac or the pier. The trip must start and end in the Seattle metro area.

What happens if we go over the included miles?

Miles beyond 25 per hour are charged on top of the hourly rate. Adding an hour adds 25 more included miles, which is often the better choice for long trips.

What is the cancellation policy for tours?

Tours are hourly bookings and need 7 days notice to cancel. Late cancellations may be non-refundable.
