How do I get to the Seattle cruise port?

Seattle has two cruise terminals: Pier 66 (Bell Street, downtown) for Norwegian and Oceania, and Pier 91 (Smith Cove, Interbay) for Carnival, Celebrity, Cunard, Holland America, Princess and Royal Caribbean. From SeaTac Airport, both are about 15 to 17 miles, 25 to 45 minutes by car. A private transfer starts from $75 with taxes and tolls included. There is no public transit to Pier 91.
