How do I arrange transportation for a Seattle event?

Send us your event dates, headcount, hotel and venue addresses, and any guest flight details. We propose a schedule and a mix of vehicles, confirm the price, and run the day with one point of contact. Requests can be sent through the form on this page or by phone.

How much does event transportation cost?

Event transportation is priced by quote, based on the number of vehicles, hours and routes. Individual vehicles start from $75 for an Economy Sedan and $200 for a Passenger Van one-way, with taxes and tolls included.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as your dates are set, and ideally several weeks ahead for conferences, weddings and peak cruise or summer weekends, when vehicles are in high demand.

Can you pick up guests arriving on different flights?

Yes. Send a guest list with each flight number. Drivers track every flight, and arrivals are grouped where timing allows so guests do not wait long.

What is the largest group you can move?

Our largest vehicle is the Passenger Van for groups of 5 or more. Larger groups are moved with several vans and sedans at once, or in waves. For a single vehicle carrying 40 or more people, a motorcoach company is the better fit.

Do you provide wedding transportation?

Yes. We move guests between hotels, the ceremony and the reception, and can keep a car on call for the couple. We do not offer limousines or party buses.

What is the cancellation policy for events?

Event bookings need 7 days notice to cancel. Late cancellations may be non-refundable. Final vehicle counts are confirmed with your quote.

Can event rides be billed to a company account?

Yes. Events can be booked under a corporate account so every ride and receipt sits in one place. Ask about billing arrangements when requesting your quote.

Plan your event transportation

Send your dates and headcount, and we will come back with a vehicle plan and one quoted price.
